I've never seen that initial view before, really gives it a better angle... not that its something to watch with a desire to see the carnage, but before that I didn't realize what I was seeing was the entire car, it looked like a piece of bodywork, with the car where the fire was.

Good, considering that car could well be the LMP2 car of the future regulations, owing to them building it to sell to other teams, it'd have been a real shame to not be allowed to race.

Thanks for giving some details to that, which I completely agree with. The mpg alone is horrid. However, I simply say it would be a welcome change to the landscape of rather similar, monotonous beige-mobiles, that have largely taken over, at least in the area I live in.

Those are the LMP2 cars for 2014 as well, the only ones built so far... It'd be a real shame if they were unable to compete before they even got to that race, considering they werent built to this years' specs
