'Office Space' continues to influence pop culture 13 years later (see also today's Debunkery post) :D

I didn't perceive this newness that you refer and suggest that the general audience member failed to differentiate it too because of their use of the same character design for Mystique, Hugh Jackman's appearance and the almost shot-for-shot internment camp scene revealing Magneto's powers. I'm going to rewatch First

As I tend to be more of a fanboy, I find this whole idea to be dreadful. While I am grateful for what the X-films helped establish for the success of comic book films, they do seem a bit fragmented.

I agree about the textures & I still think that cape is too long. It doesn't matter how "super" you are, because a cape that long is just another story for Edna Mode. Also, I hope the "deadliest catch" footage isn't indicative of the overall pace, 'cause it made me sleepy.

That spit-curl pop-out was a nice touch. Love this.

Let's not forget Batman's Vibrating Palm.

Nick Fury uses them a lot in the comic books. If there is a particularly dangerous or life threatening situation, a Life Model Decoy is sent in his place and the real Nick is usually watching and out of harms way. Because they use them so much, my thinking was if he "died" then they really hadn't lost anyone, but that

I would've been okay if they killed Nick. At the beginning, when Loki first invades the S.H.I.E.L.D. base, I actually thought that when Nick is shot that they'd reveal he was an LMD. They even mention later in passing the LMDs. In the long run, I guess Phil had more of an emotional impact, and as in other

Haha, I see an extra "r" snuck in. Good catch @JennaW!

Woohoo! Thanagrarians!

"Let me show you my plan for sending you home. Please excuse the crudity of this model, I didn't have time to build it to scale or to paint it."

I think most superhero films are too loosey-goosey with the masks/helmets.

Observation: Hawkeye is ambidextrous, 'cause he's drawing with his left in the Avengers trailer but in Thor he drew the bow with his right.

I was pondering whether I should catch-up too or just watch as a one off 'cause of Amy Acker.

I hope they go with a CGI Thing this time, 'cause Ben should be bigger & the make-up looked horrendous in the previous films.

Don't forget iRon Man! :))

Is that Alpha 5's predecessor?

Klingons, like potato chips, are better with ridges. :P

I am not a David Yates fan. In my opinion, Fred Weasley's death scene was one of the worst and most emotionally detached scenes shot & his inability to wrangle Michael Gambon's angry Dumbledore didn't win him any points either. I've only seen his work on Potter and it doesn't leave me with a sense of confidence that

Am I the only one that thinks they should've used a Hagrid-style, forced perspective so that Tom Hardy would be bigger as Bane?
