I don't agree with forced drawing, and i'm a Law Enforcement Officer. Most states have avoided the problem with Implied Consent laws (basically when you get your license you sign a paper saying if you are arrested for DUI and asked for Breathe, Blood, or Urine and you refuse you are pleading guilty)
