What sort of things did you see?

I don't usually expect much from Dorkly, but that was pretty funny. They could have so easily ruined it by showing something, or having crappy voices and animations for the characters like they usually do, but the execution here was great.

It never seems to work for me, though maybe that's just all the games I've tried not having offline components. But really, Steam should be able to start up without an internet connection. It should just bar players from starting games that require a connection.

I didn't think Steam was too bad, until I realized recently that it not running in offline mode when I'm, you know, offline, wasn't a fluke by any means. Games you should be able to play offline, and would otherwise be able to play (I have the disc for Skyrim! Used to be that's all you needed. Annoying as well, but

I can dig it.

I don't care.

...........or just really oblivious.

Why be harsh? The voice actors they hired for the job are great ones. The cheesiness is purely intentional. I quite like it, actually. Not nearly enough campy voice acting these days.

Gotta go with the Police on this one. I hate dual stick controls. They're sluggish and hard to use with speed and accuracy. Hunters' control scheme made me an absolute maniac at that game. I've never performed better in any shooter, on any console or even PC. It could be more comfortable but it's not that bad, really.

Sky Ram 5: The Edge of Scrolls

Is the PS3 version better?

He didn't play Dark Souls. His comment was poorly worded, as the critic he's referring to is actually not himself. I would have to give him serious props and a boot to the head if he did play Dark Souls. Props because he played a game rather than whining about something he's never done before, and a boot to the head

Why would I limit myself?

Maybe. It has the potential to great things, and as an indie developer I'm on board with developing for devices like it. In fact, I'm greatly saddened by the current state of the App Store and Android Marketplaces. They have great apps but the games are lacking in so many areas. Games like Zenonia just plain kill me.

Really? I haven't updated or played since the 1.0 release so maybe I missed it..

Not even close.

"It will sell millions and usher in a whole new era of entertaining (and often surprisingly deep) games and interactive experiences."

"Software that generates video-game artwork, music or even whole levels is not new..."

Huh. Seems like just last month I was telling a guy that iDevices would beat the Vita's "incredible" specs within the next 2 years. The guy I was talking with wasn't convinced they would beat it within that time. I hadn't imagined they would have done it this soon.

They should just let us choose our own sound. Maybe give us a couple choices for how we want to sound. I mean, my character is a male but that voice couldn't be further off from how he should sound.
