So I'm NOT the only one that had this issue! I got shot about 6 times during the first major QTE with that guy who had Lara's hands tied up. Mostly because when you're supposed to press E for one part (instead of F), it just shows a symbol for interaction instead of the white circle or the actual letter.

See, I can see that being very accurate and interesting if they still plan on using elements from Extremis for Iron Man 3. The main Story of Extremis didn't really get into it, but if he does gain the crazy wireless access/hacking suite/brain implant, he could easily use that to pilot multiple suits at once.
