What the hell, Oregon? Last year, the Massachusetts Supreme Court made a similar ruling on March 5, saying rather pointedly that the offending action was not against the law. By March 7, the MA state legislature had passed appropriate legislation outlawing upskirt photography. Get on the ball, Oregon Legislature!

Yeah, I’ve been one of those paid volunteers (for breast exams; it paid really well, though not as well as volunteering for pelvic exams). At the same time, the medical students were practicing chest exams (from the back) on each other. So yeah, this is weird.
