Since cops tend to have more domestic abusers among their ranks than the general population, it’s not that far fetched to assume that quite a portion of them are rapists themselves.

This is exactly what happens when you have cops and prosecutors who have been conditioned to believe that a significant percentage of campus rape allegations are false. They’ll latch on to the first thing that seems exculpatory and drop the case.

I saw this earlier today and it gave me my single biggest (non-hysterical) laugh of this cycle.
