Thank goodness we DID get this one:
Worst Family? Oh, we do beg to differ...
X-Files "Fight Club".

You kiss your mother with that mouth?
Yes!!! Bonus points for disintegrating the femme fatale's clothes first, when that wasn't the case with the male gutter punk!
.. and Heavy Metal > Harry Canyon's cab ;-)
Science fiction is fitting to 65 foot whales into a 50 foot spaceship.
At least this was a justified use, since it was supposed to be retro technology. (So... this obviously means that with today's technology, we can fit the mind of a dead, evil HYDRA scientist on a USB thumb drive, yes?)
I just loved that scene. It was the perfect combo of 60s and 70s retro futurism and cyberpunk. Gibson's Dixie Flatline as visualized in the era of the Forbin Project.
Pan Am being "retro" still makes me sad.
The Core "lighting the apple on fire" scene hurt my feelings. But points for using an apple in a movie called The Core.
Not entirely just yet…
Futuristic Slang is shiny.
you didn't mention the Blade Runner one. I will put it here, since i had to wade through several minutes of animated popups/overlays/whatever-they-call-its just to get to it.
I've always wondered what an advanced Aztec civilization would look like, where they succeeded in subjugating/sacrificing/exterminating most of the other South American tribes. Then developed a navy, advanced metallurgy, and the steam engine. Lots of blood dripping down pyramids I'd wager.
Even in the Fast & the Furious world this one is bullshit. I could almost wrap my head around the other ones, but no, not this.
Still no Vision...
