To each their own, but I felt LIS2 had more character development than BTS even with the characters being introduced once per episode; I felt that only Drew and Mikey had actual character development in BTS - Steph didn’t get that much even though she’s the fan favorite.

The reason with LIS2 introducing new characters each episode since the game was a road trip game - Dontnod did their research by literally having a road trip in the westcoat where they meet new people along the way.

I loved how Barret is portrayed and written in the remake. He is such a fleshed out character who is not only an extrovert, but someone who is focused and believes that his cause will ensure a better tomorrow for his daughter.

As you can see, that is Purple Link's hat.  The frame afterward makes it more apparent that is him by showing his hand.

His head does pop up, but it is very brief; I will take a screenshot of it later today.
