I eat fast food of all kinds quite often. Except I don’t overeat; therefore, I’m in good shape, and I’ve actually been steadily losing weight for a while. Hardly matters so much what I’m eating (assuming I’m getting enough nutrients, often enough) as long as I’m creating that calorie deficit.
