No, not all from airbags. Several of the injuries were from car accidents but not as a direct result of airbag deployment.
Second time I got 'bagged broke my nose. I've broken fingers, ribs, a collarbone, and an ankle, and had several other random injuries, but the broken nose was among the most painful but definitely the most uncomfortable feeling I've ever had.
