I'd enjoy reading that.

#cotd nomination for sure
I believe 1000 package would be considered a different trim level, not a factory option. Your point in that the extra 100k is a bit much for the extra 100hp is completely valid though.
I don't know why dekotora is even on this list, or why the One-77 fell all the way to tenth.
The Germans do it well, but I'm partial to the CLS-class headlight assembly. It doesn't look like an afterthought as in the C- and E-class. Honorable mention: Post 2010 S Class tail lights.
I just noticed that at the very beginning, he does roll back a couple inches. I stand corrected.
My thoughts, verbatim.
This is why we can't have nice things.
I know how to turn right! Yay!
Panameras are gaining popularity with that crowd, but with the extensive use of the S-Class and 7 Series as executive limousines it will take some time for the Panamera to catch up from a statistical standpoint.
While both cars were waiting at the stop light, the C5 was braking while the C6 wasn't. Did you miss the first 40 seconds of the video? That's the first indicator. Also, when the C5 lifts off the brake, he rolls forward.
Photobombed by a 5 series!
"You just got beat by a wagon" sticker on the rear glass just made my day.
Of course the guy with the automatic is the one who initiates the wreck.
Pull up to any red light on the North Shore of Long Island and I can almost guarantee there will be at least one of those three within eyesight.
I was as well. Cool trick to mimic this effect: put a strobe light under a ceiling fan in the dark. If you match the speed of the strobe with the ceiling fan, it can appear as though the fan is not moving at all!
Where I grew up in New York City, the S550/750/A8 are a dime a dozen. Sadly, I'm guilty of owning one as well. This would be a refreshing sight for sure, but I don't think it would catch on amongst this target audience.
My mom once said, "its not what you say, it's how you say it." For this car, the saying should be reversed; it's not about how loud it is, but about how great it sounds albeit at a lower decibel level.
Very true, the wind/tire noise is rather overwhelming. The exhaust note, although not particularly loud, is music to my ears.
I'd love to drive that thing, but I wouldn't pay 10 grand for it. CP for me, but could be a NP for someone else.
