I really wouldn't worry about war with Russia. The countries military is tiny compared to the United States (in terms of technology and man power), not to mention ALL of NATO. Also Russia doesn't even have a solid economy to finance war in the first place.

From watching the video I came to the conclusion that the car in front of tony slowed down, he focused on the slowing vehicle and simply didn't see the person to the side. Also, the kick up occurred shortly after contact. This makes me think that he had no idea he'd run over somebody and was trying to regain speed…

Commercial jets hit by missiles happens so rarely that the cost would be silly. Its like preparing your house for meteor strikes. Yeah, it could happen.. But it probably wont. Not to mention in places like North America where a jet liner just flat out wont be hit by a missile anytime soon.
