The Z06 is the first to get it, but it's going into several GM cars and trucks over the next few years. It's a great design for an autobox, I'm not saying that it isn't, but it isn't some Z06 specific piece of engineering, other than tuning the shift times and feel via solenoids and TCU.

Hahaha, good point. I guess squircles or something like that would be better (although the Malibu did kind of downgrade them). The four defined tail lights have been a cool Vette theme for a while. Of all the legacy visual cues they could have ditched, that wouldn't have been my choice.
