Obviously the drowsy driver made a mistake, but to be fair the Jeep going the other way should have slowed dramatically since the drowsy driver had their turn signal on and was clearly not slowing down. The Jeep also could have had their headlights on, since the video makes it look kinda dark and gloomy there.
