At most HPDE you're required to have the windows down. Easier to get out if you trash the car.

All things that would make Forza better, yes. Particularly the practice laps... Qualifying just puts the slow cars at the back and the fastest guys just run away from you. Kinda boring, but easier.

I'm glad that actually matters to someone else. Forza's biggest issue was easily the "simplification" of some things. Yeah, it's 90% right, but what about the other 10%?

I find it amazing that people consider GT5 "hardcore"... I also find it amazing that anybody considers any console game "hardcore"

My VR-4 was pretty annoying, the heat would run at either full blast or just trickle out. The A/C didn't work so I don't know how that acted.

I've never been in a car that had automatic climate control that actually held a reliable temperature. Set it for 72 (or whatever) and it wanders all around that which is annoying.

Amen dude. I can't stand being in cars where you can't see around you easily. My car has a terrible A-pillar blind spot, but thankfully everything else is reasonable.

I've noticed that too, and I don't even have a ton of highway driving under my belt. The local highway seed limits are all 55 and everyone does 65-75, unless they're the kind of person that everyone else on the road hates... The people that are scared to death of whatever so they drive the speed limit or less.

They (drivers & teams) actually wanted to race, Helton (or whoever) said they couldn't because it would put too much investment at risk. /facepalm
