MK is the benchmark in gore. They set the world on fire when they arcade caused mass controversy. I'm pleased to see Ed Boon and friends continuing down the same path that brought them to critically acclaimed status. I can't have friends over without at least playing a couple rounds of MK between us all.

I have to admit, this must be a defining moment having a video game legend try out your gear. I agree, I'd love to hear what's going on in his mind and how he's perceiving the technology.

No Shenmue 3 = Dealbreaker.
All kidding aside, as a Day One Xbone owner, I'm pleased to see the support, and some 0-Day DLC as well. I can't seem to find the price for that Dead Rising DLC which looks to be fun. At minimum the Nurburing in Forza was a welcome sight. I really miss the ole ring. Bravo Microsoft.

BOOYAH KA SHAH

That's what I'm talking about. But you do make up a good point about the whole "cowardly Luigi" thing. Either which way, with concern to Mario Kart, Waluigi is king in my book. Him being as unhinged as he is just makes it all the better. :)

Now playing

Waluigi FOR THE WIN! Move over Luigi Death Stare...

I too fell into the glorious $400 Nintendo Mario Kart WiiU trap. Son of a bitch you Nintendo! *Shakes fist*

I too am waffling over a WiiU purchase specifically for Mario Kart. I have the expendable income, but I just don't want to. I used to own a WiiU and all it did was sit. Outside of Pikmin 3, and an occational game of WiiBowling, the system sat. There really was no reason to turn the damn thing on. Even with the

How's Xbox One ownership been for you, so far?

Why is there an XArcade stick in the middle? Is that the real side art for the original game?

When I worked for a Healthcare information company in Chicago's loop, we had rack-space at one of Chicago's largest and most secure data-centers 350 Cermak. I know this sound all too well. Try routing fiber runs with your head within 2 feet of an IBM bladecenter blasting your face with exhaust at high CFM. It's

I have that same model of LaZBoy. I got it for about $650 out the door. WAY CHEAPER than one of those overpriced Aeron chairs. Let me tell you something about LaZBoy... You may pay a premium for their stuff, but by god it's comfortable and will last you for decades... maybe even your life.

I live in west Logan Square off of Armitage. My friend Stephanie is a bartender at Headquarters. Emporium has an awesome Street Fighter tourney coming up this week too. Not to mention that Logan Arcade opened up too. That makes 5 arcades in Chicago with beer. Fucking A! Oh yeah, Gameboy.

SPOILER! Clips from MGS thrown in with editing style of MGS5. Meh-worthy but it's MGS so... yeah. Fan service.

I spent way too much time there when going to the mall was something you did when I was my age. I'm 36 now, and I reflect upon the good times spent at Aladdin's Castle.

Back when Robocop was in the arcades, I remember reading a videogame magazine article about the Gameboy and it's magical dot-matrix screen and removable cartridge system. It was way ahead of it's time and by far light-years ahead of any Tiger handheld I owned. Being it was from Nintendo, I HAD TO HAVE ONE.

I'm surprised BF4 is not on the list either. Despite the early flaws to the title, they've smoothed it out over the months and is highly enjoyable. Also WHERE IS KILLER INSTINCT?!?!?!

I have to admit, this is the most documented LIVE comeback of our generation. I'm sure online there's been many like it, but this one showed the world what fighting games were about.

The drop Titan on drop ship is ballsy. I'm gonna have to try that.
