I've had one of these on my keys for around 6 months now and it still works without any issues. If keys smashing/grinding up against the contacts hasn't had any negative side effects I'm sure this design will be ok.

Have the exact same one on my keys right now. The only problem I have with it is the transfer speeds, but for the size & durability I can't complain.

It could be a depth, but that rate would vary wildly depending on the size of the boat.

"the system has been in development in collaboration with universities since 2004"

Yes, because Gizmodo was seriously suggesting you go out and spend $88,750 to recreate a chuck-e-cheese in your basement.

So, because it didn't have a negative effect on you it can't have one on anyone?

I don't know, but it's a good thing she scooped up that plunger! that should stop you from plummeting into a pit.

There is a bear inside the mountain.

I may be wrong, but I believe the artist Dali used to use that half-awake/half-asleep state for inspiration in his art. Seems to make sense.

I remember experiencing something very similar to this when I was young (~10ish) where for like a week or two I was consistently having semi-lucid dreaming where I had some control over what was happening. I remember trying to "learn" how to fly as well, although I the best I could do was glide.

All I heard when I read the end of your comment. Seems quite fitting.

So you're angry that as journalists, they reported what they were told by the people who made the "hologram" and then corrected themselves once they found out they were wrong? What a bunch of assholes! I mean, clearly instead they should have invented a time machine to travel back in time and not write the articles

are you immune to sarcasm?

Uhh... did you read the title: "Tupac Hologram Wasn't a Hologram"?

Yes GPS and wi-fi are not the same, But I was initially thinking of maps for gps - which you would need some sort of extra information that GPS wouldn't provide.

Good point, never even thought of apps that would use GPS like that.

Serious question:

What happens when someone sneezes on the wall?

My bad, I misread and didn't realize the pictures were taken at her house.

I guess it really depends on the viscosity of the "fluid" and the durability of the bag material. I'm sure it would deflect to a certain degree, but if it is a non-Newtonian fluid it should re-form itself once the pressure is alleviated.
