Heh... And also without a camera. And with a pokey resistive touch screen that needed a stylus (and a pair of glasses for anyone over 40). But still very cool for its time :).

In the mid-90’s, Microsoft were giving away Viewsonic Pocket PCs to MSDN subscribers. Had an MSDN subscription through work, and managed to score one. Loved that little device, but personally never found it attracted the ladies :).

Commodore Amiga 1000 with Sidecar (to run PC apps). Got the Sidecar in an attempt to make the purchase more “practical”, but I never used it, so it was a stupid waste of money. The Amiga itself, however, was a wonderful machine.
