I've only read the first "Game of Thrones" book (I'm like 60 pages into the second) and No, you can't cut 200 pages off from that book. Book is tight, great and there isn't any filler.

Not everyone is the same, some people are more resistant and others more prone to getting sick. If you have Cancer, emphysema, etc in your family your more likely to get it faster if you smoke, but there is no hard rule just the fact that smoking is raising their chances of getting sick and dying.

Game play wise P3P is better since it controles more like P4, but sacrifices the cut scenes and freedom of movement in the regular world. FES adds an epilogue chapter but still controles like the original P3.
