From a tooling standpoint, the mold necessary for this part will cost around $65k if it creates four parts per cycle. Then in a production situation needing 800,000 pieces, your cost per part should not be much more than $4-$5 per part. Someone could correct me on the piece price, since I only work on the tooling side…
