Because he cast non-whites (especially an Asian) for two of the three lead roles, which is crazy for something with that budget.

I would have prefered Kikuchi, but she isn’t as popular in Asia as you would think. She’s actually had more success in the West. That aside, Kikuchi’s look is perfect. Ming-Na Wen’s cheeks are too wide, which takes away from the character’s angular, robotic look.
Since it doesn’t offer any more information than what is already available, I don’t think it changes anything in terms of privacy. The only thing it does is further muddle the claims process and waste money. What if someone who was on the phone was rearended? This would make it more difficult for them to be fairly…
It’s unfortunate, but UM and UIM coverage are separate from collision/BI in the US. What will really floor you is the fact that “insurance” only refers to collision coverage, separate from injury coverage. Most states do mandate either $10k PIP, UM, or BI coverage in every policy, but even then, it’s only $10,000 in…
That’s not entirely relevant here. I think the proposed law goes too far, but phone records can currently be easily subpoenaed in suits.
You can do it, but it’s about as illegal as driving with a suspended license (fairly). People are often irresponsible. Get UM coverage to protect yourself.
Think Dune, Legend of the Galactic Heroes, or, to a lesser extent, Hitchhiker’s Guide. Essentially something like Game of Thrones or House of Cards, but set in space.
I think Wall-E falls somewhere in there.
More like “Space. Trouble Ensues.”
I see. I’ll probably skip it then.
Is it any different than the OVAs?
Mayoiga, Concrete Revolutio, Re: Zero, Tanaka-kun and Kiznaiver are also pretty different. Seven not-as-generic shows in a season is an improvement.
The first main joke/punchline killed it. I don’t think I’ve laughed that hard watching anime since Saint Oniisan.
Eh. Doesn’t seem to extravagant to me.
Someone above posted a link to the company’s fb page that includes an unedited minute video shot from the bank that includes a landing.
Man, I can smell that burn from here.
I think it comes down to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. It’s indeed natural.
They actually do. That sort of things happens all the time, though to a lesser degree. Injury claims of passengers are always filed against the at-fault driver’s policy (obviously Rodas, since it was a one car), and, if the coverage is insufficient, against the person’s assets. In most cases, people have negligible…
That’s what I also looked at, and Lee definitely has a sidewalk in that area.
He was also the front bumper of a derailed train slamming into a building in AoU, so I’d say it’s been pretty consistent.
