As far as I know, Evans’s last (currently signed) film is Infinity War 1, so it would make more sense that he dies during that, as opposed to Civil War.

That’s not how it works in many states. You need a concealed carry permit (which is what OP said) in order to carry the gun in your car to the shooting range. Without a CCW, I can get pulled over with a gun and charged with illegal possession even if I have no ammo anywhere in the car.
