The S is actually more powerful than the original Xbox One.
It has slightly more power (1.4 vs 1.31 tflops) due to a higher GPU frequency, and it can play back 4K BluRays thanks to its newer HDMI output. Apart from that, they are quite similar (the S also draws less power and has an internal power brick).
The One X has

The One started slow, hampered by the memory limitations the early kinect restrictions enforced. Once they lifted those, some multiplatform games looked as good as or even better than on PS4, showing those two were not so far apart power-wise as it looked at the start of their generation.
Even the original one is

Speaking of cheaper options, I’d recommend the Rollei Lumis Key Light. At 35€ (incl. tax) it is not app-driven, but has a larger lighting area, adjustable color tone and brightness via cable remote, comes with a sturdy desk monopod, and - most important of all - is bright and works really, really well. Also, it is

The copyright question was put and answered on the Twitchcon Europe panel discussions in Berlin. Unfortunately only in German, but they had lawyers on hand, explaining a lot of stuff.

The gist is: It is even illegal to stream games without expressive written consent from the publisher. Some developers say they are fine

What, really? That’s sad :( The update to Multivan2 was a really good one, the rails not only allowed for swift removal of the seats, but also enabled you to attach other stuff there like a self-built kitchen unit for “camping lite”.

I know not of a single jurisdiction in the EU that does stuff like this.
Certainly not Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, UK, Ireland, France, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Poland. Been to most of these countries, have co-workers from the other ones, and everywhere you have a rich cultrure of

Sadly, you missed out on the best engine: The 2.5TDI with 102hp. Enough power to propel it to 170km/h, yet able to reach an average consumption of 8l/100km (29mpg).
And remember, it can haul a lot, too. The empty car weighs about 1.8-2 tons (depending on configuration), but maximum weight is 2.85 tons. Which can be

The text above sounds a lot like paid advertising. Why are the large/known/expensive brands excluded? Things like the Logitech x Herman Miller Embody, Recaro EXO, Thermaltake E700 or the superb Backforce One Plus (made by Interstuhl) would all rank higher on the list (especially the Backforce in its plus variant, one

I just noticed... Mach-E ? Spoken like “Mackie”? :D

That depends on the country the artist lives in. In Germany p.ex. , when you create something of artistic or unique value, you have an un-transferrable “Urheberrecht”, meaning that you are recognized as the creator. This does not mean that you are legally able to exploit it for monetary gain, especially not if you

eh, don’t get me started on that one. Nuclear is by far the worst and most expensive if you count safe storage of the byproducts into the equation. We still have no way of storing that stuff safely until the radiation has died down. They tried putting it into salt mines, then found out that the radiation and heat

Oh, I can get behind the recreational and fun part of wrenching on these, I do it myself quite often :)
But we as “true” petrolheads are a dying minority. People who love cars and the mechanics behind them are a dying breed, most just see them as a means to get from a to b.
Otherwise there wouldn’t be so many defects

Fun fact: I know from some people in the industry in Germany that they use italian equipment for bottling :D
Apparently they know how to make these kind of machines.

I will keep my fingers crossed for you :)
All of these companies don’t really make bad cars, it is just that some of their design decisions always scream like “generate more hours in the workshop” for me. Like when they switched to plastic fenders that are glued on on some Mercedes models to save weight, or sold them

Golf 7 R: hedlight changed five times in the first year due to condensation. Problems with the drivetrain necessitating a complete gearbox replacement within the first two years. yeah...
At least not as bad as the Fiat Abarth 500, where if you had a white car the heat from the turbo could discolor body panels to a

Nah, wouldn’t say that. Reliability is still strong if it is not built by VW or BMW. Mercedes hat their weak years, but seem to mostly be over it now.
But if you take any industrial stuff that is “made in Germany”, they still seem to know how to make it last... for a price. If you can’t sell a new one every 2-3 years,

Well, Norway seems to have made it work. Apparently new car registrations are on their way to being 50% EV right now there.
Of course there are tax incentives (basically an electric VW Golf costs the same as the petrol powered one there), but that’s what you have to do as a country if you want to push this through.
Car

The US is by far the highest polluting country in the world per inhabitant. Just saying, you use more power, fuel, basically anything per head than any other nation.
And this comes from a German, we are already doing bad on our own (I think we even are in the top10 when it comes to pollution per citizen - yes, even

That has also to do with the abundance of electical appliances that are now affordable, coupled with cheap ones with bad efficiency.
There was a saying that if you take a US and a German engineer to develop an ac, the US engineer will arrive after a year with a bulby box that is loud, eats power like nothing, and has

Complete BS. There are full EVs available for less than 30.000€ new. Less than 20.000€ used, with enough range for the typical daily commute, even in winter conditions. Until longer range options are available for cheap, get a used diesel for the long distance runs or use the train.
For a standard commute, something
