That flag on the moon gets my vote too.

Silver Hawks makes me think of Studebaker pony cars from the late '50s. And sometimes the model rocket I made named after it.

My old home town of Soldier, Iowa invented Stomper pulling. For real!

Star Lost: Oro!

I have to giggle over Jonathan Pryce being originally being chosen for Evil because I use to get him and David Warner confused back in the '80s-'90s.

I have to wonder if he's having a NDE hallucination...

More of a style than a technology but Googie!

Oh yeah!

New Wave mix tape!

The Apollo Program.

The Flying Wing! How retro-futuristic can you get?

I can think of Burne Hogarth flexing some bravura in one of his books by redrawing the same persons's head from a baby to a really old man.

The kiddies are because because the '80s Yuppies were popping out and raising larvae. And TNG was too much about the older half of the Boom patting themselves on the back for being so cosmic and groovy by having fictional surrogates spreading Political Correctness across the galaxy.

I remember the cartoon squaw themed Sue Bee squeeze bottles from back around the time I was in kindergarten in the middle '60s.

The iBeam from my webcomic that I should get back to doing.

I wonder if those Venusians inspired the ones in Robert Heinlein's Space Cadet?

Or if the the Jupiter folks inspired the ones in Hal Clement's Mission of Gravity?

What years did they make those?
