not only that, but it was self reported to the FAA, not the FAA knocking on their door. This headline should be: Southwest pretty interested in safe planes, turns itself into the FAA for letting an inspection slip through the cracks.
Yeah, shouldn't we be commending Southwest for taking quick action to rectify the problem?
