I had one, for 16 years. Honestly I don’t miss it. Upper ball joints pretty much once a year, drove like a truck, so easy to break in to. Looked great but, just a terrible driver.

You can find W126 in much better condition for the same price, or less. My ‘83 300SD was $1750 needed nothing, all I’ve done is replace tires that were just old and a few other small things besides oil changes. Sure the paint is horrible but the interior is 5x better than this car.
