It’s such a strange off-putting phenomenon when people who genuinely adore a work that is a smart, charming, thoughtful, and positive piece of media, and turn around to be frankly incredibly toxic towards people who don’t like it as much as apparently they are supposed to.

Yeah, I’m of the belief that Square has the right to approach those scenes however the developers see fit, and I hope they remake the entire Wall Street Market section (Honey Bee Inn included) in an interesting, provocative way.
I hope there’s a scene where Godzilla, distraught with himself and withdrawing from all the other monsters, he finds a comatose Mothra, and precedes to pleasure himself over her body, while feeling totally disgusted with himself, and then everything and everyone dies while a disturbingly upbeat song plays and space…
I think that their bad first impression was part of it, but I also see Sony smartly finally capturing the nostalgia that people had for the early PlayStation stuff and struggle to see how Microsoft can do the same.
