Seriously. Coca Cola is legitimately evil and....I hate myself every time I buy a coke. As long as it exists, I'm buying. I suck.

I think you guys who were not shocked by the last nine words miss what was shocking about them. She straight up confronted him, no varnish (literally). So far, everyone who's looked into Sam's involvement has kept it secret. But she just dropped that bomb on him. It was a real change from the (awesome) web of lies…
Marc Lamont Hill is so dreamy in every possible way. I did that shrill laugh/scream/ "YES!" when he said that. He didn't even miss a beat.
Well, sure. You have to have ground to stand, and American ground has been aggressively defined as for whites only.
*curtsey
Your comments are the text equivalent of farts reverberating off of a subway seat. A little bit of wind amplified tremendously, attracting the rightful scorn of everyone unlucky enough to be near you.
Is that classy enough for you, Ignatius J. Reilly?
I suspect he is so flippant because he's comfortable in the knowledge that it never will happen to him. Easy to be brave about threats you don't actually face!
I feel like his T shirt is analogy for who he is: It's white, it's generic, it's seen better days and I'm sad it was every brought to my attention.
Kara Brown's contributions are elevating the comment conversations when the topic is race to a point I never thought possible here. But yes, this post, coming from a senior writer, is not so much a step backward as a Wile E. Coyote wearing a rocket pack wrong blast backwards.
What the FUCK did I just read? I know I'm not the first to comment on how unbelievably cruel this is toward not just Amanda Bynes, but also the woman who lit her shoes on fire and anyone else who is suffering in a society that is still THIS backwards.
Yes, you are.

More demonstrably, there is a video right there showing this.
They are not the exclusive audience. The organizers' goal is "to make the comfortable uncomfortable".
Also, why in fuck not?
Who needs to assume? It's right there on the video.
Also, Broad City is a great rebuttal to the BS that women aren't funny. And it's pretty edgy (actually!) to have a show about female slackers/slobs.
K, I've looked through these comments and not seen anyone mention this, so apologies if I am being redundant. The group of women she talked to included ladies involved with Hollaback, an anti-street harassment org AND the wonderful Feminista Jones, creator of the National Moment of Silence following Mike Brown's…
You valiant point-missers realize that Egypt is a real place, even though it appears in the Bible? Kee-rist.
They deserve each other.
What we need is specifically worded legislation that prevents this. That causes the defendant to offer specific examples of risky behavior on the part of their victim in order to get the not guilty verdict. This whole "well, they were just really scared" bullshit is dangerous.
