Wouldn't it be great if, just as he was about to leave, the gates slammed shut and officials said he'd have to stay, "indefinitely"?

Oh well, at least Eldridge has someone to come home to now:

The headline is pure HYPE-er-BOWL. No way were they THAT CLOSE to springing to a victory. Sheesh.

Not quite sure what you mean here so I'll assume we're sorta kinda on the same page.

Here it is about the Cincinnati Bengals...

Think what you want. It was.

Here it is about the Cincinnati Bengals...

I think you missed the entire point of the post, so I'll explain it (I've got nothing better to do than to watch another uninspiring, yet unscripted, play-off performance by Andy Dalton and the Bengals):

Tim's probably a nice guy, but I'm so fucking sick of hearing about him over and over and over again. Please go away.

Watch The Wrestler with Mickey Rourke and you'll know how fake this shit is. Anybody who pays good money to watch this crap is a complete idiot.

Maybe this will help - maybe you just don't know the meaning of the word:

The WaPo story is pretty much a re-hash of what's been said over and over again so there's really nothing new here. Until the saps (the team's fans) stop spending their money on tickets, food, merchandise and all of the other things that Snyder sells, things will pretty much continue to be how they are since 1999.

This is not why they lost. They lost because Alex Smith over threw a wide-open receiver streaking down the right sideline for an easy score. End of story.

Running around, spinning, looking backward then forward, heaving it up, the receiver jumps up and catches it between his helmet and hand...but it's not a fluke play. Yeah, right.

I agree.

Thanks for the correction. And those losses were on single fluke plays by the Giants. No flukes = two more Brady Super Bowl wins.

Like the wide open Riley Cooper drop, it's a simple matter RE the fireworks. Somebody dropped the ball and pulled the switch.

Sorry, if I had my druthers, I'd pick Brady over Smith or Luck any time. He's been to 4 Super Bowls, winning three. He's on the top of the list of come from behind victories. He's a leader among men.

Trust me, would NE be as good as they are without Brady? Denver without Manning? Give me a break. The QB is the key to any offense.

But it is a game where the most points wins. They needed that TD at that time.
