not caring how they're done and not knowing multiple ways TO COOK EGGS are completely different.

This is a pet peeve of mine too. Let's ignore the awesome no-meat options in every cuisine around the globe and instead try to vaguely approximate the few things vegans don't want to eat anyway.

After a few minutes, I returned to the table. The man ordered a hamburger.

I explained to him that filet mignon is a steak, a very nice cut of beef. This guy actually argued with me, causing a big scene.

Actually, civil forfeiture in its modern form is a construct of the 80s, having been beefed up then (from rather small-ish precedent) to fight drug trafficking and organized crime. It proved to be an incredibly effective tool in that context - but it also has resulted in a lot of collateral damage to that whole

I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was. Now what I'm with isn't "it", and what's "it" seems weird and scary to me!

True that. The opinion that gaming is something that you should "grow out of" or that is only for "no-life nerds" is way worse than (generally) helpful suggestions on how we can improve as a community.

You know what really irritated me the most about this? Burbank is a reporter on Television, which is ALSO something people waste their lives watching. I just pictured someone watching his report and going "My God, he's right!" and turning off their TV and going outside. Does he not realize many people also escape

Oh right, I totally forgot I read about this guy awhile back:

Plus all the damn microtransactions.

Until they nerf the real world, im not going back. Shit out there is too OP

No one escapes the judgement of strangers on the internet. Not the People of Walmart, and not Lady Gaga. It truly is the great equalizer.

I am generally opposed to giving girls traditionally boy names because it is unfair to boys. There are a lot more girl names than boy names out there and once a name becomes feminized, it doesn't get used for boys much anymore, except for the small number of genuinely unisex names. And girl names never get co-opted by

Must...not...judge...other people's...tattoos...

Wyatt? For a girl?
