So just for the record, over here this episode was pretty well received largely because Temuera isn’t white, he’s Maori. He’s fighting for indigenous peoples’ right and a lot of his dialogue mirrors a lot of what you hear local Maori talking about when it comes to Pakeha and land management. The weapon Temuera uses

I think it’s less about saving the natives, and more about building the trust/respect of the outcasts of Tatooine as he climbs to leadership. It is showing how he can become a better leader than Jabba. When they took the train, he brokered a deal rather than murder everyone. I would imagine the next couple flashbacks

A studio they don’t like because of alleged statement that creators deny making, and won court cases against newspapers who said they did make them. This is like 0.001% dilution of a controversy.

I wish my life was so free of struggle that I could be this upset over a game that's not even out yet because it's made by a studio I don't like.

Typical whiney LGBT. Everything is a complaint. Then you wonder why so many don’t take you seriously.

I’m confused... so Quantic Dreams sued everyone that accused them of being homophobic for libel... and after all of the evidence was weighed... won. But we’re still going to call them homophobic?  Is there something about the French Courts that I should know about?  Like is innocent guilty and guilty innocent or

“At the bare minimum, though, I want to be heard and validated by Lucasfilm. I want Lucasfilm to acknowledge and apologize for the hurt they have caused and for them to show us some empathy and understanding of what has been an archaic and egregious decision.”

Imagine a Gizmodo writer slipping up on something as simple as that while they try and attack something.
