This is America.
That’s what you gotta do to get the buffalo wings.
I was all excited but wooow is 230 miles not that many miles. I get that these aren’t going to be used for Wildcat drivers but I’d like to at least be able to make a 90 minute each way round trip in one.
Go back to the part about a muzzle flash from a BB gun please?
The only question that matters is how does it do against the Aprilia.
It’s a lot cheaper than the RS660, which lists at $11,300. The R7 is $8,999. So they’re at distinctly different price points. If you want to spend the dough, go Aprilia (or some literbike, if you’re not specifically looking for the twin experience). If you’re on a bit more of a budget, here’s the R7.
It was alleged...not proven...
Blasphemy, Hersey, Burn the Witch. There is only one Yamaha R7 and that is the late 90's ow02 YZF-R7 Homologation Special that they built 500 of for World Superbike and all the lesser national superbike series. 30K for the bike got you a woefully underpowered 100 HP. Another 30K got you the Race Kit that bumped it to…
The thing is, the R6 never really left. It only counted up a number and got a redesign.
I’m trying to wrap my head around the sight of Prince and Sinead O’Connor involved in a foot chase through L.A. in the middle of the night and NOT have “Yakety Sax” play in my head when I do.
As the author of the Times piece on O’Connor writes, “Few cultural castaways have been more vindicated by the passage of time.”
No way in hell this is “faster than before”. The motor in this thing makes 75HP. The previous R6 made almost 120HP. It’s a cool bike, but I question why Yamaha chose the CP2 instead of the CP3 that would’ve slotted in perfectly to this bike. Similar power, similar weight and similar throttle response.
Not much comparison to an R6. This motor is much less powerful. I’m sure it’ll be a blast to ride. It’ll be nice to see this motor in a better chassis than what the MT offered. Plus it’s cheaper and more accessible than the R6 was. This bike is a winner as long as you aren’t expecting an R6.

Yeah, this seems more like a Ninja 650 competitor than a new R6.
I fail to see how this is the bike for people who missed the R6. A few points according to Yamaha’s website the R7 is only 3lbs lighter than the out going R6. While this is great news as who doesn’t love a lighter bike, my bigger issue is from a power perspective. The outgoing R6 makes around 115-125hp depending on…
Where is the thots only streaming platform? Vote with your feet and leave restrictive platforms like Twitch to the ash heap of history.
Yeah because there’s no space at all in between being a nun and “hot tub meta”.
I don’t understand the point of this study. I mean it could be a useful study but the way they make assumptions its more useful to manufacturers than consumers.
