Haha. I saw the low bridge thing, and thought, no way. That’s too diabolical to be true. Turns out it probably isn’t.

This stuff would be awesome if it was set in the future of Star Wars. Like 500 years in the future.

“We really learned something from some of the failures of the prequel trilogy. People were bored with senate meetings and motions and other bureaucratic nonsense. With this new story arc we’ve really amped up the excitement and danger with a... galactic fair and agricultural seed growing conference? Is this right?

Do you think people of color are too stupid to get an ID card? IMO, calling voter ID requirements racist is racist. You’re assuming people of color can’t achieve the same thing as everyone else.

You literally need an ID to do a million things other than vote. Are all those things racist too?

“You never want to make general statement in journalism...”

Voter ID laws aren’t racist though. There’s plenty of things that require you to have a form of ID that aren’t racist.

Well the bus system separation is false, Chicago has that too. Never viewed it as racist, although, now I can see why it is.

That sounds pretty much par for the course for those things. They are like giant, super complex Audi Allroads. They are never going to be operating at 100%.

Rail can be impacted by inclement weather too. Instead of white knuckling it through a blizzard driving, you might just find your train cancelled and yourself stranded.

I can’t wait to get back to business travel, nor can most of my colleagues. Granted, I’m not one of those people who was 100% on the road, so it’s a perk for me. Most of my clients are looking forward to in-person meetings as well, despite the expense.

1st Gear: totally make sense. Unlike the US, the railway system in Europe (not only France) is very efficient. Europe is small in relation to the area covered in the US. I could not see this happening in the US (or in Canada). Look at the railway structure in Spain, in France, in Germany... Amazing.

As someone who loves both cars and camping, I never understood the finishes in these things.

oh this is used.  thats why its only 500k. ive seen some of those new and theyre over 2 million.  its absolutely crazy pricing.  i dont see where it all goes.

The Sentinels series was to be bankrolled by toy sales, only they tanked because, among other things, they couldn’t actually sell a Valkyrie/Veritech. (That was owned by Hasbro, which had used it to make the Transformer Jetfire.)  So when the toy sales shit the bed, the production money dried up and they released the

Catalyst Game Labs shot themselves in the foot on that one. Piranha on the other hand kicked Harmony Gold’s ass up and down the court room ending with the case getting dumped with prejudice.

“What about the UN-SEEN?”

F*** Harmony Gold.
