The CB500F is my second bike, after a Ninja 250. When I first bought my CB, I immediately noticed how much heavier it was than the Ninja, but that feeling went away, no joke, in about three hours. Now, I noticed how *light* the CB is compared to the other, bigger bikes I’ve test ridden.

Well, it’s not only that. My first bike (the aforementioned Ninja... hey, what a co-inky-dink!) had carbs that I got cleaned and adjusted at the shop before I ever rode it. Things STILL leaked when the weather changed. Plus, carbs are easy to flood when your bike takes that unfortunate 0 mph spill during parking lot…
