I was going to post the same thing. Perhaps it’s because I’ve never owned anything with more than 240hp/tq, but a near 500hp Mustang sounds more than “adequate” to me.

The red calipers are literally the only thing I don’t like about the new Bullitt. I’d probably have them repainted silver with black “Brembo” script.

Notchbacks are dope. This car looks pretty rad except for the seemingly totally random fender flare base shape. Why they didn’t just have the riveted portion match the curvature of the flare is beyond me.

As for Matt Farah... I love that everyone forgets about this:

Mazda did it first and way better.

COUNTERPOINT: The original Supra(s) weren’t really all that great, so what does the successor really need to live up to?

Dude, Jalopnik has been flushing down the toilet for 3 years.

Style 24, or more commonly referred to as LTWs for lightweights, are probably half the reason I own an E36 M3. Is there a better factory wheel-to-car combination?

Let it die.

I’m sure your pioneering electric vehicle company produces cars to a much higher standard.

Thank you. That’s what I came here to say. Look, I get it, there are a ton of detail-obsessed restomod shops that specialize in one particular marque or vehicle. Singer isn’t one of those shops: they’re MORE than that.

Until this Range Rover restorer is rebodying Range Rover classics in bespoke carbon fiber everything,

I know they’ve gotten better and this is arguably their best effort yet, but it still looks like a chintzy Korean car. I still don’t understand why anyone would buy this over a tried and true marque from Japan.

Tasteless junk.

Funny, I finally watched Bullitt and really enjoyed it. Heat being my all-time favorite movie (with Collateral in close 2nd place), I thought Bullitt was great and I too got a Michael Mann crime vibe.

Then again, I hate most movies that aren’t based in a believable reality while most of the people that claim to hate

Beautiful Series II(a?). I love all the Series/Defender models but find the Series II/IIa to be the best looking. (Simple grille, wider/more prominent beltline shoulder, and inboard lights.)

Dude, I’ve been contemplating buying a 9-5 for a daily. I’ve always loved the simple but, dare I say, futuristic shape? I’m not sure exactly what it is about this design but it reminds me of a Learjet. And that makes me think it’d be a nice daily. Plus, you never see them, they’ve aged well, and from what I’ve heard

Oh, piss off you whiny you clam.

“But why can’t there be grid boys?”

Not pretty enough to be a grid girl yourself or are you just that eager to be upset over female modeling careers?

I’m all for women doing whatever women want to do for equality, but men and women are different and no amount of legal and/or social balance will take that away.

The automotive world has been a largely

They’re unquestionably the biggest offender of tasteless pearl white paint.

“I think a white pearl car with a red top would look just stellar, don’t you?”
