That looks so cool.
That looks so cool.
I don’t know if my choices would all strictly fall under the category of “board games”, but... I grew up in a household with a number of older games, and one of my favorites of those was Probe.
I think he’ll be great. He’s a good actor, and just because he’s mostly known for frothy or comedic roles, doesn’t mean he can’t pull off something more sinister. Besides, there has always been a strong element of humor to Lex, which we know he can do.
And the actress they hired to play Lois is pretty much a Margot Kidder lookalike, which can’t be coincidental.
Counterpoint: this was a tediously bad episode, and shows just how much the show suffers without Kara and Alex.
Starks, Lannisters — see, I even get those names confuzzled. ;-)
Don’t be ashamed. You aren’t alone. I also can’t keep all the houses straight. I’m pretty sure the Lannisters have a wolf on their banner, because of the direwolves, but that’s about as far as my knowledge goes. Though I don’t know most of their names offhand, I recognize the majority of the players and what they’re…
Worf, as great as he was, worked best as a supporting character, imo. Also — and again, I love me some Michael Dorn, but… he is nowhere near the actor that Sir Pat is.
Exactly.
So, stupid question time... back when I grew up, the superhero that Billy Batson transformed into was still called Captain Marvel. I guess somewhere along the way DC Comics changed his name so as not to confuse people into buying comics from their rival, Marvel. (Maybe? I’m just guessing on the reasoning behind that.…
I mean, the daughter speedster from the future could have lots of potential, both character-driven and story-driven. It’s just... as I said commented on the post with the Arrow trailer, I’m really so over the whole season-long “big bad” trope. Because if that one thing doesn’t work, you’re locked into a whole freakin’…
Yeah, was disappointed to see him return again, too. And I know shows today are all about serialization, but why do we really need to have a season-long big bad? I’m kind of getting tired of that trope.
The Clone Wars (both the 2D and 3D versions) are excellent. Imo, not only far better than the prequel movies, but also better than the sequels. Rebels is pretty good too, though it took awhile to find its footing — but not nearly of the caliber of Clone Wars.
Came here to say the same thing. Can we please call a moratorium on those xanax-induced-sounding female vocals in movie trailers, please?
Actually, I would watch the hell out of that. Looks gloriously cheesy. ;-)
Galavant was an awesome TV show, though.
I’ll admit the bit in the article recommending you don’t use soap to clean your ass was rather concerning. A lot of you must have flies following you around everywhere you go...
No kidding. Where did they find these people from the survey, anyway? I would jump at the chance to have a robot do my cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.
Let’s just hope it retains the dark humor and doesn’t try to be all “family-friendly” and “heartwarming” — we already have multiple iterations of Hotel Transylvania, after all.
Reading the comments, I guess I’m the only one who thinks this, but Pooh doesn’t look right at all to me. He neither resembles the original drawings, the original (real life) stuffed bear that Pooh was based on, nor the animated version. It was jarring enough that I couldn’t enjoy the trailer at all, despite having…
