The "hyper-sexualizing (...) see yourself as a sexual object" seems like gaslighting masked as an "ah-AH!" moment. It oddly ignores the fact that women, in general, are overly sexualized, regardless of their will or opinion on themselves.
So, you'll insist in complementing a person you don't know, knowing full well that person might not like it, or feel uncomfortable/ threatened by it.
