IKD, the last few sales I saw that were really any good were Gold-only sales. I know that a majority of the best PSN sales include better discounts for PSN+, but Live rarely has sales for both free and paid subscribers like PSN does.

Stand alone is $20 for every platform, the Season Pass is an extra $20, and the physical versions come with the season pass and a few extra goodies.
