I dunno, traditional stuff is something I could actually see them getting into, at first with app type games, then more into the broader spectrum with browser games that run on actual engines.

They don't really call them games, though. They call them "Google Experiments" and are usually very basic stuff.

I always considered Black & White a good Molyneux game; flawed, but still fun and interesting.

Valve are always on the lookout for talented modders, it seems to be how they get a decent chunk of their employees. Even if it wasn't Valve games being modded.

That 3DS XL bundle sounds like they are aiming for the Mothers Day market, and it's effective. Nice set, considering XL's are normally $199, and it also comes with a puzzle game. My mom has a DS and the only game's she plays are puzzle games.

There's a few mods that make it solid as a rock, specifically the ones that allow for better internet connectivity and more options while selecting effects, resolutions, etc.

Strange, I played it THIS year and, even loving it when it first came out, I found it a mess with only two stand-out features; the music and the final boss battle.

Yeah, the never really got the face buttons feeling even half-good til the DSi, and even then there wasn't nearly enough feedback.

I feel like the 3DS is going to get nearly as good as the GBA. When it comes to RPG's the GBA couldn't be stopped, but so far the 3DS might outstrip the DS and eventually the GBA.
