I think it's different when it is also accompanied buy a new console. This targets people that like Monster Hunter, but might have been on the edge of getting the Wii U due to a lack of early game hardware.

Not dual, really. Duel usually means that both screens are being used by the same person, this is splitting the screens so that both people have their own.

Again, not really. Everyone already knows 'Rising Revengance' is nothing like the other Metal Gear Solid games. MSG: RR is as far away as you can get from stealth gameplay, it's a hack and slash infused with crazy style and over-the-top moments of glory.
