I see this purely in consulting terms (I’m a consultant). Microsoft here was the client, who outsourced their project to a consultant team (Darkside). They agreed on terms, budget, etc. and work started.

Because the Vita is a great handheld that needs a lot more games.

Why are people so disturbed? I've seen worse and more realistic in other games. Like hatred, assassin's creed and even God of War. In fact, I remember Heavy Rain being way more disturbing.

I don't think it's fair to cite stats like that in the absence of evidence in this instance of what did or didn't happen. I assume Temkin is innocent until proven guilty, as I hope everyone else does.

I've heard those numbers and I'm not denying them, but an innocent person is an innocent person even if it's only 2-8%.

This is complete bullshit. If he didn't rape someone, he should absolutely defend himself. People are raped and it's horrible, but people are also falsely accused and that's also an injustice.
