There is far to much marketing for such minor things. Why so much focus on the controller when its changes are minor at best?
People pay for this service, and get this in return?
Part of me just thinks that this lass should have blocked him, and move on with her life.
But then, that part is crushed under the realisation that he'd only do it to someone else, and he shouldn't get away without the repercussions of his stupid actions biting him in the ass. I'm as guilty as everyone else when it…
Just cause she has the ability to ignore what happened doesn't make it okay to do it to begin with. You have the option of ignoring the fact that someone raped your wife/girlfriend/mom/sister. Doesn't make it right to do so.
.. Are you kidding me? That's like saying you can just "delete" someone when they insult you in person. Yeah, shit happens, people say mean stuff, but they shouldn't get off scot-free because they say such things. They need to be punished, and it's a shame that Microsoft took such a long time to do that.
"GIANT spot on the reciept where it tells you that a used copy does not come with new copy bonuses or online passes may not be valid......You mean that type of information that is clearly given to the customer.....Or how about the signs that they have near registers."

I disagree with a major part of your argument, which is that $5 is a significant enough barrier to entry to worry about. That's still one of my favorite comics. that controller was HUUUUGE.
Also, count me in for the PS3 camp, I've loved the dual shock controllers since inception. I've never gotten used to the Xbox's offset joysticks, i always bugs my thumbs. That being said, I don't play FPS games on the console. KB+M 4 Lyf.
You can play with a controller, on your couch, upgrading as often as you would buy a new console, and mod as easily as clicking a button. Upgrades aren't a yearly requirement like some exaggerate and steam big picture is a couch focused interface for steam.
You could sit down at your couch and just play a game with a PC too.
Oh, yes it did. And Volition made Captain Anderson say a whole bunch more, too. You're gonna want to see and hear…
