I agree. I enjoyed the over the top story, and the over the top game play, and I greatly appreciated the time they spent making an honest to goodness PC version (instead of a really bad port) that was (in my experience, at launch) bug free.

I did the same, but sadly haven't found anywhere that will actually sell it to me yet. I'm keeping my fingers cross for Amazon and a PC version (doubtful, for the collectors edition for some reason).
It's exactly the same game co-op; in cut scenes you see yourself and your buddy will see themselves. Because of this, it makes drop-in drop-out co-op work splendidly, and it's a ton of fun doing wacky stuff with a buddy (It's hard to surf on top of a jet, for instance, by yourself).
Saint's Row The Third was excellent. You should give it a whirl.
But where, oh where, can I throw my money to receive this deliciously dangerous edition of the game (on pc)?

All theories deserve the opportunity to be proven or disproven.
Where I come from, paying less (even a mere $0.01 less) is considered a good thing.
If you buy a $4.99 game on Steam, you get charged $4.99. You can CHOOSE to add money to your Steam Wallet (like points), and so you can then have some left over... but you can never be 'stuck' with practically unusable points.
There's nothing in this article that even hints to 'anti-Xbox' anything.
Personally, I loved Postal. Laughs all the way through; this movie, much like the game it was based on, is meant to be offensive and not to be taken seriously.

Gaming technology isn't at the point where we can reliably push 30-60 frames per second at a 4K resolution (3840 × 2160). To do so would cause the console to be extremely expensive, at the least.
Final Fantasy IX was easily my favorite FF game of the Playstation 1 era. I wish they'd give me a remake/re-release for my 3DS.
I think the layout you're showing here is a significant improvement over what they're using in the article above.
