1)No she doesn’t. None of the “examples” of design theft resemble any of the Kickstarter offerings, nor were the ones they (allegedly) resemble created for anything other than personal use.

None of the dice designs offered in the kickstarter look like the examples they dredged up of alleged design theft, nor do most of the examples look familiar in the first place. This isn’t even an original concept, it’s just a well-executed one.
