1)No she doesn’t. None of the “examples” of design theft resemble any of the Kickstarter offerings, nor were the ones they (allegedly) resemble created for anything other than personal use.
Okay? And? I was just adding context and my own observations. It's relevant to the post and your comment.
None of the dice designs offered in the kickstarter look like the examples they dredged up of alleged design theft, nor do most of the examples look familiar in the first place. This isn’t even an original concept, it’s just a well-executed one.
I’d just like to say that Bluey is a wholesome treasure and should never lose its rightfully earned #1 spot
Gotcha, thanks for the heads up. I’ll be sure to watch it all when I get a chance.
“A new cinematic trailer for the game showed a group of treasure hunters fighting against what could be demons, or private equity executives.”
Literal spit-take. I’ll send you the bill for a new keyboard since this one got coffee on it.
it wasn’t a “tough hearthstone esports moment”, it was a political nightmare. Based on the quote in the article here (don’t know if there was more to the apology left unquoted), it doesn’t even sound like he’s addressing what it was actually about.

Once the initial framework is in place, it’s pretty dang easy to add new NES games to the channel on switch, modders/homebrewers/hackers have been doing it for a while now.
understandable have a nice day
I’d considered leaving it off, thinking to myself “Nobody could see this post as anything but sarcasm or parody, I’m sure. This is not a opinion any reasonable person would have, let alone voice.”
And then I snapped back to reality, and became sad.
didn’t you already do this article yesterday?
Um, no straight pride flag? Tired of rampant straight erasure in the media. /s
No, I'm just saying that encouraging an atmosphere of blatant transphobia is much more severe and damaging than seeing the word 'gay' on a shampoo bottle in a videogame.
It sure is, no arguments there. But again, not ever seeing a bad word is not a basic human right.
I honestly don't think they put that much thought into it.
Just to be clear, I'm only really talking about the "Ogay" "joke". The remarks whats-his-face made in discord regarding trans people is a whole different ballpark. If you're offended by the "Ogay" thing, I vehemently disagree with you on what constitutes offensive or harmful hate speech, but I'm not out here saying…
