have you seen the gameplay trailer? This game is so fucking dense that it would takes decades to do so. The reason why games like FF7 were so “big” was because they had to spend way less time on details. A studio like SE could do a game with the scale of FF and detail level in a year or so.

Why would you want to play the same game? That is not the point of a remake. A remake will give you another take on the story and its characters. And lets be honest here after Disc 1 FFVII went to emo shittown until the climax.
Honestly when they really add stuff in these parts I am fine with it. Maybe end it after Disk 1 2 and 3 with a lot of extra content. Make every story part last 30 hours and it will be fantastic
This is absolute not true. I personally love the current Philosophies of SE. They are way more open than any other developer. Especially with their FF IP. They talk to fans and they respect their opinions. They spend tons of money and time to revive a totally mess of a game and made it the best MMO on the market.

Yes i agree with that. But there are instances when even that is not working. Best example here was the FFXV all male party controversy in which SE was heavily under fire even by the press because the game is featuring something totally new. An all male party.
I agree with that but people really need to chose their fights or people will really get afraid of using a diverse cast because one fuck up no matter how small it is and people are pissed these days.
