100% endorse. Remedy doesn’t feel like they should exist, and the fact that they do and keep getting to make weirder and braver stuff makes me endlessly happy.

You certainly managed to draw a lot of conclusions about games that are 100+ hours long without actually playing them, based entirely on very small amounts of information. Clearly, we have found our new authority on the subject.

I got no problem with their opinion. I can understand how they would think the way they do. The line between “mod” and “cheat” can’t be drawn at a technical level. It’s all about intention. A reskin of a monster could just be a stylistic choice, or it could be meant to improve the monster’s visibility or pinpoint its…

It’s not ‘needlessly contentious’, Zack just cherry picked quotes and editorialized around them to make it look that way. Read the actual article he’s pulling from.

This article felt a tad misleading.  They are just saying, from an internal control aspect, they bucket Mods and Cheats together.  Not that they are against Mod’s in general.
