Mercedes came to my house and replaced my battery for the same price it would have been for me to pick up the battery from their parts department. (It was a Mercedes-specific battery and not an one I could get a Autozone)

This only bolsters my theory that Tesla drivers are the new BMW drivers. That is, douchebags now drive Teslas.
The only thing luxurious about a Tesla is the price.
I know it’s a crazy thought, but not everyone can afford to just buy a steam deck. Many people have one console to play on, and that’s all they can afford. “Just buy a Steam Deck” is as unhelpful as telling someone to “just move.” It’s an incredibly privileged suggestion that ignores reality.
The cheapest Steam Deck is…
This isn’t correct because their games that don’t sell well ALSO don’t get price drops. You seeing any incredible sales on ARMS lately?
Skyrim Anniversary on Switch for the same $70 msrp as PS5 and Xbox is a joke. It’s already bad enough on those other two platforms, but the Switch version doesn’t even get the same upgrades.
It wasn’t THAT long ago that Nintendo had a “Nintendo Selects” line that discounted their big first-party games to $20. They stopped doing it in 2015 apparently.
So, just like all of Roiland’s other stuff, it says “hey, guess it’s time to do this stereotypical shitty dumb thing”, then it does that same stereotypical, shitty, dumb thing the same way every other tv show/game has done it, but because it says that it knows it’s a stereotype it’s all of the sudden an insightful…
I don’t need a factcheck to realize this is a joke, but apparently a lot of Facebook aunts and uncles do.
“While that option still remains, the Mario maker would now have to take the channel to court to get the video removed again”
While actual results matter, in publicly traded companies it matters more how it compares to projected results. Don’t say 50 and then fall far short. At some point it’s actually illegal if investors can prove it was a lie.
Power Wash Simulator has a better story than Elden Ring.
I’m surprised that Grounded didn’t get much love. :(
The last jedi IS a terrible movie.
This is the time of year it’s important to note the existence of sites such as ‘IsthereAnyDeal’, which is useful for determining if these deals are, in fact, deals.
As always, the best deals can be found outside of Steam. I highly recommend using gg.deals to check out reseller prices. They’re usually significantly lower than Steam’s. gg.deals also distinguishes between authorized and unauthorized resellers if you’re worried about that.
Obviously you wouldn’t want an NDA to be without consequences if broken in a way that might not have provable loss. That said, I think Conway’s arguments about provable loss are pretty tenuous and if that was the only recourse on a broken NDA it could be a tough case. Anything that a leaker could be accused of is…
Gotta prove losses sigh. So many hilarious misunderstandings of ppl who actually think companies often pursue when they can only show profit with no loss ... Gotta have a loss for a suing... Probably not going to be any penalties what so ever.
See, it’s bad when you break your NDA, but it’s fine when you convince other people to break their NDAs and then repeat what they tell you.
