Or they get sued for copyright infringement and have to settle for more.
I liked Bridget when she was a feminine boy. I liked Bridget when she got announced last night. I like Bridget now that she has made a new path for herself.
Is she supposed to be buff though? All the depictions I’ve seen is that she’s toned. She’s a superhero with super strength and the thing about super strength that they have a musculature that is unassuming with regards to their strength, otherwise that’s just proportional strength.
Just a reminder that the best way to experience Diablo IV is to delete your Battle.net account and then never talk about Blizzard again!
The game isn’t low stakes. It’s called Digimon Survive for a reason. Your decisions decide which characters live or die. That and they didn’t even mention liking vn’s. Also conspiracy theories about people being payed to give a game positive review aren’t the most compelling counter argument. I’m sure Bandai paid of…
Your articles are painfully boring. Kotaku, please let someone who actually likes the genre review the game next time. It’s an already niche series being trashed online by someone who isn’t even a fan.
This takes the cake for the worst review I’ve ever read. Just from the get-go you can already sense the amount of bias steaming off of this hit-piece. This isn’t the late 90's anymore, you don’t have to bring up the Pokemon rivalry as if it hasn’t been talked about a million times already. I also don’t understand why…
Since announced in 2018, it was said to be a visual novel/rpg. Everyone is upset by the fact that they thought it was going to be something else like cyber sleuth or like a pokemon game. This article just validates that you didn’t even care or invest yourself into what a great story and the amount of work went into…
Sounds like a you problem. Never has the store crashed on me or any of my friends. Nor has it had any of the issues you listed.
The funny thing about your post is that it’s EXACTLY how I feel about game pass. I got it at launch of this gen, installed 50-60 games, played through quantum break, and other than trying a few games since then, I haven’tt used game pass at all except when I recently installed as dusk falls.
You really got paid to write this? 🤨
You just know this guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about when he thinks he needs to introduce digimon by comparing it to pokemon. Buddy, it’s been 20 years.
Also, while i can agree with some of the critizism about the battles being easy and how you spend 4 turns walking towards the enemy, or how some of your…
I enjoy both the tactical combat and the visual novel elements, it’s satisfying, rewarding, and addictive to evolve Digimon and make them stronger. Really, how can you not love these wonderful little Digimon friends? I’ve been a lifelong fan of Digimon, ever since I was a kid.
What’s wrong with watching streams? I mean, people listen to sports on the radio. They’re not even seeing anything!
What’s wrong with watching streams?
How do you review a visual novel without knowing its a visual novel. Also Digimon’s premise differs from Pokemon in a lot more ways than just the creatures can talk. This just reads like the reviewer has no idea what they are even reviewing.
As someone who grew up with and greatly enjoys both Pokemon and Digimon, this is like saying Halo is Doom with aliens, or Dark Souls is Zelda but edgy.
Why is a Pokemon fan boy reviewing a digimon game? of course they are gonna say it’s bad.
It took all but 2 paragraphs for me to know I would be dismissing the entire article.
